The Data Collection Dashboard
Managing your organisation's GHG inventory and resources will involve various people performing a variety of periodic tasks each related to specific processes such as data collection or review. FoundationFootprint™ streamlines tasks by providing automated task management functionality for the communication and administration of all steps involved in gathering, entering and validating activity data to be recorded in the system.
The parties involved and the instructions on how to complete a particular process are defined under 'Processes' in the Library located on the FoundationFootprint™ main menu. When and how often tasks relating to a pre-determined process will be performed, are located in the Data Collection Dashboard.
A task can be setup to repeat at regular intervals e.g. if you need to collect taxi travel data on a quarterly basis. In addition, these tasks can be setup to send out automated e-mail notifications and reminders to relevant parties.
