The Organisation Dashboard
The Organisation Dashboard Tab is the default tab upon entering The Organisation Page, instantly displaying on the Dashboard a graphical snapshot of GHG emissions by scope and the top 5 GHG emission sources for the selected period.
Across the spectrum of your organisations operations, the Dashboard provides emissions snapshots of individual assets through to the organisation as a whole and beyond to chosen suppliers, customers, projects and events in your supply chain.
The Dashboard is a very visual tool and its value lies in being able to quickly and easily appreciate the GHG emissions profile and significant emission trends for the level or part of the organisation you have selected. The Dashboard is in summary form, aggregated to the selected level or area of the organisation and is updated in real time.

|Using the Dashboard
The Dashboard provides three snapshots of emissions data for quick and easy viewing. These snapshots are called the Aggregated Emissions Profile, Aggregated Emissions Trends and Aggregated Emissions by Resource.
You may select the date range to be displayed in the Dashboard by using the date range functionality, 6) below, at the base of the Dashboard.
It is important to remember that the Dashboard displays an aggregated view of GHG emissions data for the selected location. So for example, selecting a business unit will display emissions data for that business unit including any buildings or assets within that business unit.
|Aggregated Emissions Profile
The Aggregated Emissions Profile section of the dashboard, 1) above, represents a summary view of the emissions profile for the current location for the selected date range. It includes:
- Emission quantities by scope and in tonnes of CO2e
- A pie chart view of emissions by scope and
- A pie chart of the top 5 locations with the highest emissions at the selected point in your organisational tree
|Aggregated Emissions Trends
||The Aggregated Emissions Trends section of the dashboard, 2) above, is displayed as a bar graph which represents a summary view of the trend in CO2e emissions for the current location over the selected date range by scope.
CO2e data may span a wide range of values both within and across locations. In order to standardize and simplify the viewing of emissions trends over time, a logarithmic scale has been used to represent tonnes of CO2e on the y-axis of this bar graph.
|Aggregated Emissions by Resource
The Aggregated Emissions by Resource section of the dashboard, 3) above, itemises each resource for the current location over the selected date range by scope. It displays the quantity of resource used and emissions generated (in tonnes of CO2e).
A CSV representation of the data is available for quick export to Microsoft Excel by clicking on the "CSV Export" link at the botton of the table of data, 4) above.
The Inventory Locked Date is also displayed at the bottom of the dashboard if your organisation chooses to use that feature, 5) above.
