Users and Roles

An important element to understand when working with FoundationFootprint™ is setting up users and security roles.

The security system in FoundationFootprint™ is highly flexible. User roles and permissions provide page, module, field and record level control for any number of user groups, teams or unique individuals as you require.

Users can manage their own contact details and preferences plus manage passwords for example changing and retrieving them should they be forgotten. Users can be created by specific staff members assigned the roles of company administrator or user manager.
